In a magical space at Heaven and Earth Retreats in Banks, OR,
you’ll find deep nourishment and experience rich connection and rejuvenation through mindfulness, nature, movement, creativity, and ritual
shared in sisterhood with other women in our small intimate group.
Nestled in the mountains 40 minutes west of Portland, this unique, delightful retreat is tucked away on five pristine, forested acres with stunning views.

Delicious Nourishment
All our snacks and meals are lovingly and freshly prepared by our retreat host Ruthanne. They are organic and nutrient-dense, and:

Sugar free (other than honey)
Largely dairy free (occasional butter or light aged cheeses)
Largely grain free (all grains are soaked, nuts and seeds are soaked and dehydrated).

About Our Retreat Space
Heaven and Earth Retreats is a beautiful home that's been converted to a retreat center. Therefore, the experience is more intimate than a hotel. There are 2 full bathrooms, a deluxe and tricked out outdoor bathroom, and an outdoor shower.
